About
I am a strong, empathetic and inquisitive director. I love telling stories that shift our understanding of the world. I am a strong story-teller, whether of present tense narratives or making sense of the past. I am able to quickly build relationships with contributors in order to deliver compelling films.
I was selected as an Edinburgh TV Festival Ones to Watch 2019, Broadcast Hot Shot Director in 2018 and BAFTA Crew 2017, 2018, and 2019. I directed the RTS Nominated BBC Panorama: Can Violent Men Change? and produced the double Grierson Award winning Stabbed: Britain’s Knife Crime Crisis.
My first film as Producer-Director, Can Violent Men Change? was nominated for the Royal Television Society Independent Journalism Award.
